Tolleson Community Coalition Goals
Tolleson Community Coalition (TCC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2015 to be a volunteer-driven, grass-roots organization for the purpose of serving the Tolleson community
Addressing Basic Needs
Anything ranging from essential food, water, PPE-personal safety supplies, school supplies to serve children, families, and elderly.
Support Educational Pursuits
Distribute educational scholarships and grants for Tolleson students from 8th grade to high school students as well as supporting their teachers.
Philanthropy
Lead with the spirit to offer financial support to members of our community and local coalition partner programs.
Leadership Development
To ensure we provide workshops and resources for youth and adults to pursue professional, vocational and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Neighbors Helping Neighbors
Community Partnerships
TCC provides sponsorships and partnerships with a variety of community members ranging from local residents to local organizations.
Community Aid
TCC provides relief to financially distressed families and individuals. Throughout COVID-19 pandemic, TCC provided tangible goods to seniors and families with restricted incomes.
Community Events
TCC tables and raises funds through year-round events such as Tolleson Founders Whoopee Daze Festival, 4th of July Celebration, Halloween Trunk or Treat, & Luces de Navidad Street Festival.
Education Initiatives
Provide support to the Tolleson school districts, educators & students by programs that fund needed supplies, reward students & teachers for certain goals, & provide scholarships for additional educational classes
Fund Educational Nonprofits
TCC supports Tolleson Union High School and Tolleson Elementary School District to assist with educational supplies and student programs.
Support Our Teachers
To reward our educators, TCC funds Teacher of the Year awards in order to raise awareness for their efforts.
Inspire The Future To Dream
TCC grants scholarships to students pursuing summer programs, leadership conferences, and educational opportunities.
Senior Initiatives
We support the seniors in the community by providing and funding programs that addresses their needs
Addressing Community Needs
Throughout the height of the COVID 19 Pandemic, TCC surveyed residents of the Tolleson Casa De Merced Senior Apartments in order to learn how we could best serve them.
Providing Necessities
Dispersed food boxes with home essentials together with meat, rice, beans, and pallets of water.
A True Coalition
Over 600 volunteer hours by the TCC board, individuals from the Tolleson Fire Dept, C.A.P. Office, and members of the Tolleson community.
Youth Initiatives
Offering leadership opportunities to empower the youth to become future leaders
City of Tolleson Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates (JAG)
TCC continuously supports and funds the city of Tolleson Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates program in order to cultivate young local leaders in our community.
Instilling The Spirit Of Community
TCC connects local youth from JAG to local leaders, mentors, community events, resources, and leadership conferences.
Community Service
TCC sponsors give-aways such as backpacks, toys, and t-shirts in order for JAG youth to disperse to the community.
Veteran Initiatives
Providing financial aid and community awareness to those who have long served us
VFW Post 6310
TCC supports the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6310 through direct funding, assisting with fundraisers, and setting community awareness.
Mentoring & Collaborating With The Youth
Throughout Tolleson’s Hablamos Recuerdos community project, TCC connected Tolleson youth to veterans to have a dialogue and highlight cherished memories and experiences.

Adan Morado
President
Born and raised in Tolleson, Arizona, Adan attended Tolleson Union High School and runs his business at Morado's Body Shop based locally in the community.
Martin Moreno
Vice President
Born and raised in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona, Martin is a graduate from Tolleson Union High School and Georgetown University with a major in Government.
Bo Jury
Treasurer
Born and raised in Old Town Avondale, Bo attended Agua Fria High School and serves the neighboring communities around Tolleson and the greater West Valley as a Tow Truck Driver.
Nicole Porter
Marketing Director
Born and raised in Tolleson, Arizona, Nicole attended Tolleson Union High School and piloted the City of Tolleson JAG Works community based program (Jobs for Arizona's Graduates).
Emiliano Morado
Secretary
Born and raised in Tolleson. Father of three. Sales Manager for North and South America for Warlord Games.
Pete Flores
Board Member
16 years Public Safety (10 years for City of Tolleson). Pineapple Owner/Operator.
